Every year each worker employed by the ANSA McAL Group of Companies donates about $71,884 to the employers
How come?
Simple ...
In 2002, the Group made pre-tax profits of $323,482 million out of the labour of the 4500 workers they employ.
Just do the sums. That means that on average the Company made $71,884 profits out of each worker it employed.
WHO CREATES THE WEALTH?
When trade unions say that workers create the wealth and the employers steal it, this is what we are talking about.
Even after paying your wages, the wealth that you create is taken by the employers and given to their sharehodlers.
... and they say they cannot afford the 17% that is the Union’s current claim?
Who says the rich do not have a sense of humour?
