REGIONAL HEALTH AUTHORITY CONSORTIUM
All hourly, daily and weekly rated employees who were previously employed by the Ministry of Health have been transferred to their respective Regional Health Authorities. Although all the RHA's are separate employers, negotiations for a new Collective Agreement are being negotiated with a Regional Health Authoritiy Consortium to ensure consistency throughout the RHA's.
1999 TO
2002 COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
Workers employed by the Ministry of Health were covered by
the Collective Agreement for Central
and Local Government.
2002 TO 2004 COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
Negotiations are currently taking place on a new Collective
Agreement.
